Robot vacuums have come a long way since their inception in 1996. Today, many robot vacuums are just as powerful, sometimes even moreso, as their traditional counterparts. While the iRobot Roomba 675 moves across your home, it uses a 3-Stage Cleaning System. This system consists of three actions, so that it’s able to vacuum your floors quickly, and efficiently.
First, the robot vacuum loosens the dirt, dust, and debris that’s to its sides and right underneath it. Then, it lifts that stuff into the main suction pathway. When that happens, it’s vacuumed up!
All of this is accomplished using Dual Multi-Surface Brushes that are great for both hard and soft floors, as well as pet hair, long hair, thick chunks of dust, and many other kinds of debris.
Eufy RoboVac 30C
The Eufy RoboVac 30C is an excellent robot vacuum that has all of the features and design traits you’d expect out of a robot vacuum, as well as one cool feature that isn’t very common.

What makes this vacuum so powerful is the fact that the motor produces a great deal of suction power. All of this suction power makes it easy to vacuum on any surface, and to vacuum up debris such as long hair, food crumbs, dust, and many other kinds of debris.
As for the brush system, it’s the same brush system that the iRobot Roomba 675 uses. When paired with the extreme suction, though, it works even better, and is great at reaching into the depths of rugs and carpets and loosening up whatever is in there.
iRobot Roomba i7+
The iRobot Roomba i7+ is one of the most – if not the most – advanced Roomba robot vacuums that you can buy. It’s exceptionally powerful, has a fantastic navigation system, and it has one key feature that makes it unique from just about every other robot vacuum.
When it comes to power and efficiency, the iRobot Roomba i7+ is exceptional. No matter the surface or material that needs to be vacuumed, the iRobot Roomba i7+ can vacuum it. But, the power isn’t the key feature here.
Navigation is one of the main features. The iRobot Roomba i7+ uses a navigation system that gives you complete control over where the vacuum goes, what it cleans, and how it cleans. Using your smartphone, you can just select the area that you want the iRobot Roomba i7+ to clean, and it’ll go there. You can also tell it where it shouldn’t go, which is very useful.
What makes the iRobot Roomba i7+ truly unique, though, is the fact that when the dustbin is full, it empties itself out. It goes to a device that iRobot provides, and empties out the contents of the dustbin. Then, it gets back to vacuuming.

A High-End, Efficient Filter
First thing first, a good robot vacuum cleaner needs a good filter. This is especially true of a robot vacuum that is designed to suck up long hair. If the filter is of poor quality, then the hairs easily get stuck, leading to tangles and other problems.
Along the same lines, a good filter can easily capture things like dander, small dust particles, pollen, and allergens. This reduces the risk of illness by quite a bit. This is just another excellent benefit of having a high-end, efficient filter.

If a robot vacuum has “tangle-free suction”, then you should keep your eye on it, because these kinds of vacuums are designed for people who need something that can vacuum up long hairs, without needing to worry about tangles.
Finally, the last thing you should keep an eye out for is what’s known as a “Self-Cleaning Brush.” These are brushes that automatically clean themselves whenever too much hair becomes attached to the brush itself.
In many ways, this is quite similar to the tangle-free suction you can find, and because of that, it’s at the end of this list and is far from a necessity.
