Eureka NES215A vs. 169J vs. NES210

Stick vacuums are incredibly popular, in today’s market. And, it’s not hard to see why, either. Unlike upright vacuums, which are the most common types of vacuums that you’ll find, stick vacuums are thin and light. You can move them around with incredible ease, and there is no need for you to have to lug a big device around, or to find creative, and often annoying, ways of vacuuming smaller and more compact spaces.

Eureka is one of the best vacuum cleaner manufacturers out there. And, they have manufactured quite a few great stick vacuums. Today, we’re going to be looking at three of those stick vacuums. The Eureka NES210, the NES215A, and the 169J. Each one of these vacuums is a little different, but they’re all very good, with their excellent features, and you are going to learn about those features, and the attributes that they offer. That way, by the time you are done reading this guide, you’re going to know which one of these vacuums is the very best one for you!

What Does The Eureka NES210 Offer?

We’re going to start with the Eureka NES210. So, this is a basic stick vacuum that you can buy for a very cheap price. Most stick vacuums are around $100, and many of them are even more than that. But, Eureka has priced the NES210 very fairly, and if you want something basic, and affordable, this is a good choice.

Eureka NES210 Stick vacuum

Weighing just under four-pounds, picking this vacuum up will not be a problem, and due to the small size, it’s very easy for you to move the vacuum within all kinds of different spaces, and to clean and vacuum in tight and small corners and crevices. There is a very useful crevice tool that Eureka has supplied, as well.

You have a lot of flexibility when it comes to how you clean, as well. More specifically, you can press a button, and turn this stick vacuum into a handheld vacuum. With the handheld vacuum, it’s easy for you to vacuum on couches and other upholstery, as well as within smaller and more compact spaces. By pressing another button, you can turn the Eureka NES210 into a stair vacuum, which you can then use to vacuum all of the dirt and dust off of your stairs.

In terms of the suction power, you don’t have a lot, but you have more than enough to perform all of the basic vacuuming tasks that you will, most likely, end up doing with this stick vacuum.

Before we move onto the next stick vacuum, it is important to note that the Eureka NES210 is not a cordless vacuum. It relies on a power cord, which means that you are a bit more restricted when it comes to the types of places you can use this vacuum. Without a power outlet, you won’t be able to use it.

What Does The Eureka NES215A Offer?

With the Eureka NES215A, you are getting a stick vacuum that is very similar to that of the Eureka NES210. There aren’t that many differences, aside from the general color of this particular stick vacuum.

Eureka NES215A

You have access to the stick vacuum, the handheld vacuum, and the stair vacuum, and all of these are quite useful and make the vacuuming process easy and efficient. So, that is important to note.

However, one thing that is important to note is that the Eureka NES215A has a swivel steering feature. While you are using the stick vacuum, and vacuuming on your floors with it. The cleaner head can swivel and rotate a little bit. By doing this, you will have a much easier time vacuuming in more compact spaces, as well as moving the vacuum around, in general.

In terms of the suction power and general cleaning abilities, you have to keep in mind that this is a very low-budget stick vacuum, and it isn’t designed for intensive cleaning or anything of that sort. Instead, it is designed for basic vacuuming, and you aren’t supposed to be doing anything particularly intensive with it.

With that being said, though, it works very well when vacuuming on low-pile carpeting, and thin rugs, as well as hard floors, and that’s quite special because many stick vacuums are simply unable to do that efficiently and capably.

What Does The Eureka 169J Offer?

With the Eureka 169J, you are getting a stick vacuum that is very similar to the Eureka NES210 and NES215A, but there are a few key differences that must be mentioned because they do affect the overall vacuuming experience.

Eureka 169J Stick vacuum

Unlike the previous two vacuums, you don’t have access to the stair vacuum feature. Instead, you can only turn the 169J into a handheld vacuum. For some people, though, this isn’t that important, especially if they don’t have stairs in their home.

Other than that, though, there isn’t much else to say, when comparing the 169J to other vacuums. With the 169J, you are getting a vacuum cleaner that is simple and efficient, and powerful. But, it is a bit bulkier than the others, weighing 4.4 pounds, and the cord is shorter as well, only fifteen-feet long.

If neither of those things bothers you, though, then this is a great vacuum!

Eureka 169J

In the end, all three of these vacuums are excellent! Each one has its great features and capabilities, and if you want something simple and cheap, but efficient and powerful, you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

Eureka 169J vs. NES210 vs. NES215A

If you want something powerful and simple, the Eureka NES210 is an excellent choice. If you want something that is slightly more powerful, and the same price, the Eureka NES215A is ideal. And, if you want something less powerful and versatile, but strong and durable, then the best choice is the Eureka 169J.
