ILIFE vs. Eufy: Robotic Vacuum Comparison

In this post, we’re looking at two popular brands and the robotic vacuums that they manufacture. While neither ILIFE nor Eufy, may hold the same level of popularity as brands such as iRobot, they are, nevertheless, very good brands that offer many different robot vacuums.

We’ll be looking at the ILIFE V3s, ILIFE A4s, Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S, and the Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S.

ILIFE V3s

Right off the bat, you’ll notice the ILIFE V3s is a small and very light robot vacuum, coming in at only four-and-a-half pounds. It’s shaped like a circle, and due to its small height, the ILIFE V3s can easily go underneath couches, chairs, and coffee tables, cleaning those messes that regular vacuums just can’t reach.

ILIFE V3s

You’ll also notice a small remote control that comes in the box. This remote control allows you to turn on the robot vacuum, to create schedules for the device, and to control the vacuums movements manually. Unlike many other robot vacuums, you can’t use your smartphone to do these things.

The ILIFE V3s works best on hardwood floors, and not so well on things like high-pile carpeting. But, on low-pile carpeting, it works well. The suction system has been designed to work with pet hair, and as such, it is very good at cleaning up all kinds of hair, along with dirt and debris.

When the vacuum is almost out of battery, it goes to the dock to recharge.

ILIFE A4s

Just like the ILIFE V3s, to control the ILIFE A4s robot vacuum, you’ll be using a remote control that allows you to move it around. You can also create a schedule, and turn on the “auto-cleaning” feature. Similar to the ILIFE V3s, as well, the ILIFE A4s works best with hardwood flooring, and not so well with carpeting.

ILIFE A4s

The primary distinction between the ILIFE V3s and the ILIFE A4s is that the ILIFE A4s includes something known as “MAX Mode”, which enhances the suction of the vacuum while cleaning.

There is another distinction, too, and that is the fact that this particular vacuum cleaner includes something known as a “tangle-free roller brush”, which prevents tangling and enables greater and more thorough cleaning.

Other than those two features, though, you are getting a very similar product, and the ILIFE A4s isn’t quite as good with pet hair, because it wasn’t designed with that in mind. Something to take note of, if you have pets.

Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S

Using a 1300Pa suction system and a triple-filter system, the Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S can clean effortlessly. It always manages to get all of the little pieces of dirt and debris that other robot vacuums miss.

eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S (Slim)

This helped by the different cleaning modes that are available to you – by using the remote control – and the fact that it has a relatively large dustbin – 0.6 liters, which is more than many other robot vacuums on the market.

As for what it cleans, the Eufy 11S works best with hardwood floors and low-pile to medium-pile carpeting, but high-pile carpeting is still a problem.

Just like the previous two models, the Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S is quite slim, and this enables it to go under furniture, among other things, to clean those spaces that are often missed or forgotten about.

Eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 15C Robotic Vacuum Review

Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 30C

Unlike the previous models, the Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 30C doesn’t require you to use only the remote control. Instead, you have access to all of those features – scheduling and activating the vacuum – with your smartphone, or Amazon Echo or Google Home, if you have them.

Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 30C

Using 1500Pa suction and a three-point cleaning system, you can clean just about anything. But, one of the most important introductions is the “Boundary Strip”, which allows you to physically define where the robot vacuum can or cannot go. It enables you to, essentially, choose specific places you want to be cleaned, and specific places you don’t want to be cleaned.

As for other differences, this is the same robot vacuum as the Eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S, but you do have smartphone functionality and greater suction and performance, which is notable, and regarding price, there isn’t a great difference.

If you want more power and greater convenience, then the Eufy 30C is the best choice. If you want something simple and effective, the 11S is great, but so are the ILIFe models, because they prioritize simplicity. All are very easy to use, even if they don’t have the most extensive array of features.
