What Does The Medify MA-112 Have To Offer?
To start, we’re going to take a look at the Medify MA-112. This is one of the most expensive air purifiers on the market and not just Medify, but it’s expensive for a few very good reasons.
When you’re using the Medify MA-112, you have access to a Maximum Area Coverage of 3,700 square-feet. That’s A LOT of space, and this means that you’re able to purify the air that’s within all of that space, in around one-hour. Being able to do that in such a short amount of time means that your air can purified very quickly, and without a lot of effort and energy.
With regards to the Maximum Area Coverage, you’re able to purify 3,700 square-feet within a single hour. If you run the Air Purifier for a total of thirty-minutes, it’s able to purify 2,500 square-feet. In fifteen-minutes, the air purifier can purify 1,250 square-feet.
When air is flowing into the Medify MA-112, it passes through a couple of different purification mechanisms. These mechanisms are all very well-designed and integrated very well into the overall framework of this air purifier.
So, first off, air passes through the Pre-Filter. This Pre-Filter removes larger particles, such as hair, dust, and dander. It’s good at keeping the rest of the purification mechanisms nice and clean, which ensures that they run quickly and efficiently.
Then, after that, air passes into the H13 Filter. An H13 Filter is a filter that uses HEPA-Technology, but does so in a manner that is a bit more efficient, and better at removing especially small particles.
Once the air passes through the H13 Filter, it then goes into a Carbon Filter. This Carbon Filter consists of carbon pellets, and what these pellets do is they remove smoke, bad odors and stenches, formaldehyde, and nasty odors. These are things that can be difficult to remove, and incredibly difficult to live with, so this is a really useful purification mechanism.
Those are the main purification mechanisms, but there is an optional mechanism that you can use if you want. This mechanism is an anion generator, which generates ions that bond to certain particles, and then eliminate them. It’s good as a supplement to the main purification process, and helps to keep your air extra clean.
What’s quite nice about the air purification set up is the fact that air can be pulled in from the left side of the air purifier, as well as the right side. This means that the process is a bit faster, since more air is being pulled into the machine.
Ultimately, the Medify MA-112 is a fantastic air purifier. It’s exceptionally well-designed, and great at removing all kinds of nasty particles from your air. But, it’s also very expensive, and if you aren’t looking for the best of the best, this may not be the right air purifier for you.
What Does The Medify MA-40 Have To Offer?
Right off the bat, you’re going to notice that the Medify MA-40 is a lot cheaper than the Medify MA-112. It doesn’t cost anywhere near as much as that air purifier, which, for quite a few people, is a good thing.
From a design standpoint, the Medify MA-40 doesn’t look too, unlike the Medify MA-112. It’s black, instead of white, and it’s not as big or as bulky, but everything else looks pretty familiar. There aren’t too many notable differences or distinctions between the two.
Instead of having a Maximum Area Coverage of 3,700 square-feet, the Medify MA-40 has a Maximum Area Coverage of 1,300 square-feet. Within the span of a single-hour, this air purifier can purify the air within a space of that size. While that may not sound like a lot, in comparison to 3,700 square-feet, it most certainly is, and it’s an incredibly efficient and effective air purifier.
When air flows into the Medify MA-40, it flows through a series of air purification mechanisms that are quite similar to those found in the Medify MA-112. They’re the same mechanisms, but a little smaller, so that they can accommodate the size of this particular air purifier.
To begin the process, air flows into the Pre-Filter. And, as it’s flowing into the Pre-Filter, all of the larger particles are removed from the air. As with the Medify MA-112, this keeps the other purification mechanisms nice and clean, and ensures that the process is easy and effortless.
Right after that, air flows into the H13 Filter. What’s different about this H13 Filter, in comparison to the Medify MA-112, is that it’s not quite as good at removing smoke, nasty odors, and smog. But, it’s still an excellent filter that does a great job of keeping your air clean.
Finally, air passes through an Active Carbon Filter. This filter removes all of the odors and bad smells in your air. It doesn’t do much of anything for things like smoke, but for odors, it removes them from your home with ease!
Ultimately, the Medify MA-40 isn’t as powerful as the Medify MA-112. But, if you’re looking for a simple and efficient air purifier that doesn’t cost too much, yet can thoroughly purify your air, you can’t go wrong with this one!
