The Shark IZ62H Pro Cordless model is a stick vacuum meant to be light, versatile, and convenient. It comes complete with an additional crevice duster tool and a pet multi-tool. Shark IZ562H Pro Clean Sense IQ
One feature the IZ62H boasts is the Clean Sense IQ function: an infrared sensor monitors the level of dirt in your path and increases suction proportionally to the amount of mess you face. Compared to running the vacuum at its static ECO level suction, this captures up to 50% more dirt and debris.
Three Levels of Suction
Besides Clean Sense IQ, which responds to the level of dirt with the appropriate amount of suction, there’s also two other suction modes that are static. ECO mode is a battery-saving, everyday level for smaller messes, while Boost mode is for when you need to break the big guns out.
PowerFins Plus
This technology combines the one-two whammy of soft and flexible. The nozzle consists of a microfiber brushroll, to handle stubborn dust and clumps of debris, as well as the titular PowerFins– sturdy silicon ‘fins’ on the brushroll that are meant to dig into high-pile rugs. As a bonus, the microfiber also helps to polish hard floors as you vacuum. Who doesn’t love a little effective multitasking?
LED Display
A rectangular LED display just above the handle shows your battery status and if Clean Sense IQ is engaged. There’s an option that allows you to manually switch between ECO, Boost, or Clean Sense IQ modes. The placement of the display itself sits above the hand grip, so there should be no interference with your ability to hold the vacuum.
XL Dust Cup
This model has one of the larger dust cups for a stick vacuum, with a volume capacity of 0.72 quarts. It comes with the patented CleanTouch Dirt Ejector, which lets you drop the cup’s contents straight into the trash without getting your hands dirty.
40 Min of Runtime
No wall-hanging stand for this one. The IZ62H model comes with a foldable compact charger for its removable batteries that’s standing only, which means you can move it to different convenient storage areas as your needs change. Off the charger, a full battery lasts you about 30-40 minutes for an average cleaning session.
Odor-Neutralizing Technology
There’s a small compartment in the vacuum’s head for a disc-shaped odor neutralizing cartridge, which is meant to combat foul smells. Replacements for the cartridge are sold at Shark’s website.
Shark IZ562H Pro LED headlights
To illuminate the Shark IZ62H Pro’s 10 in wide cleaning path, Shark added three closely grouped headlights to the nozzle to help highlight dirt you might have otherwise missed.
