Filter Clean up
The SpotClean 3624 does not have any filters, but it uses water to filter out dirt.
It has two containers, one for the water/cleaning solution and a second one for the dirty water residue. It is a nice feature because it prevents cross-contamination. Make sure to clean both tanks after every use.

This also would be a great tool to have for car owners whose vehicles have lots of fabric inside.
The compact size of the nozzle and hose, allows it to clean not just upholstery but also carpet floors inside cars.

Having a few items like a steam iron, vinegar, dishwashing liquid, and borax are also handy items for the inevitable spill.
With this machine on board, you may not need all the items above. All you need is the Bissell cleaning solution, hot tap water, and this machine to clean up stains inside your home.
All the dirt goes into a 3/4 liter tank that’s easy to empty and clean.
The great thing about this is that it will not take up a lot of space, so you don’t have the lug around a big upright vacuum just to clean a small stained area.
Pet Stains/Hair
Out of the box, I don’t think this machine will be efficient in cleaning pet hair. While it has suction, this is not a vacuum cleaner but a carpet cleaner.
If you need something to clean pet hair, then you’ll have to look at these options.
If you have pets at home, you can buy a deep reach pet tool for around $30 directly from Bissell’s site if you need to clean up a lot of pet stains (particularly on upholstery).

Ease Of Use
